Q) How old are your static caravans?
A) Our caravans are brand new.
Q) Do you charge if I pay by credit card for my deposit and holiday?
A) We have NO HIDDEN CHARGES and DO NOT CHARGE IF YOU PAY BY CREDIT CARD.
Q) Is it easy to pay via Paypal?
A)Yes just go to www.paypal.co.uk and pay via our email

Q) Can I pay via cheque?
A) Yes no problem.
Q) What makes your caravan different to the rest being advertised?
A) A lot of the caravans you see advertised are a quite old now and are the
basic models, our caravans are brand new and the best that money can buy.
Q) Are the passes to the excellent Butlins complex included?
A) Yes 6 passes are included in your price with the exception of certain
events that are highlighted on our availability page for the length of your
Q) Do you allow groups of the same sex in your caravans?
A) No sorry Butlins terms and conditions do not allow groups of the same
Q) How old do I have to be to hire from you?
A) The person booking the caravan must be over 25 years of age.
Q) Are pets allowed onsite?
A) The only pets permitted onsite are dogs but unfortunately we do not allow
pets of any kind in our caravans.
Q) Is smoking permitted inside the caravan?
A) No sorry but smoking is not permitted in the caravan or on the balcony.
Q) What time can I get into the caravan and when do I have to leave?
A) Caravan keys will be available for collection from the Guest Service desk
from 4pm on your arrival day. Please note that you will still be permitted
onsite to use the facilities before you have collected the keys. Keys must be
handed back to Guest Services by 10am on your departure date. Again you will
still be permitted to use the Butlins facilities for the remainder of the day.
A) Do I need to take any household goods for the caravan?
Q) The caravan has a fitted kitchen with gas cooker/hob, fridge freezer,
microwave, kettle, toaster and the usual kitchen utensils like pots, pans, crockery,
cutlery etc...... There is also a 32'' LCD TV with Free-view and X Box with films and games.
Q) Why do I need to provide a security deposit?
A) The security cheque is purely a way to cover any damage to the caravan or
property within that might occur during your stay. This will be returned to
you 10 days after you get home on the basis that no damage has been
Q) How many parking spaces are available and are they close to
A) There is one dedicated parking space for use by the occupants and it is
located adjacent to the caravan. There is additional parking in the main car
Q) What does Gold caravan accommodation mean to us as a customer? A) All of the caravans at Butlins Minehead are graded as per the quality and age of the caravan. Our caravans are the highest grade Gold because they are new and of the highest quality.
Q) Do you supply bedding and towels etc?
A) We only supply 1x single duvet and 1x pillows for each single
bed, and 1x double duvet and 2x pillows for the double bed.
Sheets and towels are not provided so please bring your own for use
or you can hire them on site.
